From research it is apparent that many banks gave promotinal reproductions of the gold foil etchings by Lionel Barrymore with and without a trade mark.
With more research it may be possible to account for the orignals as they would have been used to make the reprodutions as well as who made the reproductions.
The reproductions are fine art and at the least a collectors item.
Lionel Barrymore left his art career by 1905 and pursued highly susscessfull in acting and directing.
