I am turning a commercial loft into studio space for artists.
raw and industrial. you provide whatever you need.
This is not a 24 hr access studio.
you have to work within the hours,
and you have to make an appointment before you come.
(much like a hair salon except this is a community artists space.)
or you can schedule yourself in weekly
This is a totally open space for artists to gather and work on their own.
different rooms for rent at a higher price- more privacy.
