I got this painting (see http://www.rachelvt.com/art1.jpg) from my father-in-law, but have no idea who it is by, or if it is worth anything. The signature is illegible (see http://www.rachelvt.com/art2.jpg) but it is written in pencil, and is numbered 30/60 in the lower left. The mat had been taped to the print, and was covering the signature and number...and the water damage. Thanks, Rachel
