Last summer I went to visit my Dad in Rock Island, IL and he gave me the watercolor "The Clock Tower" by Paul N. Norton. It is dated 1966 and looks like an original. I have not seen it on any lists in my internet searches. It belonged to my Grandmother and was handed down to my Dad who handed it down to me. I was wondering if there is a value on this particular one showing the Rock Island Clock Tower. I will never depart from it but am curious to know its value. Thank You.
