The base appears to be painted resin?
Sculpture weighs just over 20lbs, brass fish weighs exactly 10 lbs on the dot... appears to be solid brass.
Nose to end of dorsal fin is 22"
Base is 8˝" in diameter
Base to dorsal at highest point is 25˝" in height
I've looked all over this thing and can't find even an hint at an artist.
