Beauty can be described in many ways. As a jewelry artist, I discover beauty in exquisite beads, they speak to me when I am in an Artist Studio or out on one of my adventures selecting just the right beads for my next designs.I use the term unique to describe my jewelry designs, because my designs come from an appreciation of the beautiful beads, and all of my designs come from within. I do not use pictures or any other medium to help me in designing my jewelry.Which come first, the jewelry designs or the beads? In my case, inspirations always come from the beads first. Then with the right beads the designs naturally flow into place.I choose designs that show off the true beauty of the beads used. All of my designs will have a pattern throughout the design. The focal part of the necklace or bracelet is always the center of my attention in designing. Once the focal element is complete, the others flow into place.I would consider all of my designs timeless, including some that would be considered classics.I find it a true joy to work with beads. This is absolutely beautiful. I love the bronze colored accents you've chosen for it. It's too often jewels are paired with gold or silver and the overall effect is not the same. The wire wrap draws your attention into the gem, and it is hard to miss the natural beauty there! |
