Robert Lyn Nelson is a world renowned artist and environmentalist who
creates blissful images of marine life. A southern California native,
born in 1955, Nelson was able to create incredible drawings from the
early age of three. At fifteen, his very first public exhibition of
his work came close to being completely sold out. Two years later he
had his first one-man show. His deeply detailed paintings, bursting
with color, bring the creatures of the sea to life. Robert has
established himself among names such as illustrator John James Audubon
and photographer Ansel Adams as an important historical visual
archivist of the United States natural treasures.
