Henry Simpkins
Henry Simpkins was born in 1906 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He graduated at the Winnipeg school of art. Many of his influences are from his travels across Canada; in particular Newfoundland, Ontario, Manitoba, and British Columbia. He has also travelled all over Eastern USA, England, Scotland, and Wales, eventually settling in Montreal in 1929.
