Kathy Carroll an active member of the Wellington Art Society is a native of Tom's River, New Jersey. Kathy has been living in South Florida since 1983. She has over 12 years of experience creating custom hand-painted ceramic tile murals, and has been painting for over 25 years specializing in tropical themes, landscapes, seascapes, and marine life.Kathy began hand painting ceramic tile murals because she wanted something distinctive as a back splash for her kitchen. After looking through what seemed like thousands of tiles, she began to realize that she wasnt finding what she was looking for and much of what she did see would be in a lot of other peoples homes as well. So, because she had been painting for a number of years she set out to create her own tiles. It was this choice that led to a business she truely loves.
