The shiro series is an allegory of purity. In each subset of images I seek to simplify general subject chosen to it's barest form. The greatest challenge for me is to see how much information can be removed yet still provide a visual footing. The lighting is achieved 'in camera' as the intent is to have the process pure as well. In total there will be 25 or so images in the series. The images are offered in editions of 5 in three approximate sizes, 40x60, 30x45 and 20x30.
