This work belongs to the "Osages" series.
In Osage language - Indian tribe - osages mean "children of the middle waters." The osage-orange (Maclura pomifera) is also the tree that serves them to make paintings and bows.
Countless pictures are taken during watercolour process. Photographic print only testifies the existence of that ephemeral work.
