I seem to draw mostly cats, but I wanted to try a member of the canine family. After some research, I came across the Alaskan tundra wolf. I wanted to show the beautiful white wolf in a very cold climate, and I decided a very light drawing was the way to go. I used mostly charcoal powder applied with a paintbrush or a chamois cloth for this effect. 2009.
