Art is a process by which I find expression, life the other side of the lens, the palette from which I gain insight. The kind of insight I use to reveal that part of myself that lie nine tenths below the surface…the subconscious. For each particle that become conscious, another tool of insightful visual investigation is born. If the result of this effort aesthetically resinate and are thoughtful, they may even have value for others…now creatively look & see.

'They're Here!', 2012: The long awaited extraterrestrial visit has been imagined many times over via: literature, film, and legitimate theater. The contrasting of Nature and the human-made conspire to present such a visitation as I visually imagine it.

All materials, techniques and pigments used in producing this exhibition print adhere to museum protocols. Signed frontally with title and copyright. The indicated print size is the opening in mat necessary to accommodate the image. Should a size, different from that indicated above be desired, pricing will be fairly adjusted. Shipping, and insurance will be borne by purchaser. By obtaining this work an expressed agreement to all copyright statutes that lawfully apply will be engaged.

A native of Baltimore, MD, Ive made N.Y.C. my home for more than half my life. I occupy a space between a world as it is, and one cloaked in personal aspirings of a world where the tension fraught relationship between Nature & humanity may evolve to one guided more by long-term possibilities of preservation, rather than a short-sighted possibility of profit. Contrasts of Nature & humanity often join forces in ways that are prophetic as to the conceptual gulf separating the two. These tensions are primary to my efforts at creating a visual discourse, one where what is, is matrix to possibilities of what might be. Visual formalities, and narrative content are not mutually exclusive, but form an osmotic linking of the two. While Nature & humanity form concerns primary to this presentation of works, some embrace subject matter beyond such issues.
