It's the season for festival fun,
and this sweetheart is prepared for whatever may come. The pair of Lovebirds painted on her parasol is echoed by the two wild New Orleans parrots on the flowering branch. A shower of musical notes is printed in Pearled Varnish, so it only appears when viewed from certain angles... now it's raining, now it's not!
