This jewelry box is designed to be alluring. The exterior strips are all Wenge / Wengue and the star plus strip inlaid at the top are in Beech wood. The rest of the jewerly box is stained Mahogany.
The jewelry box is hand carved & inlaid in solid Wenge, Mahogany, and Beech wood. Wenge is in its natural finish while Beech and Mahogany have been stained. The two trays are in solid Mahogany wood and can be taken out.

The stays are gold plated. The piece is hand chiseled and branded by the carver.
