………but in this case I make an exception and feel sorry for those people who look at the image and can’t find a handle. Perhaps it is grass cuttings on a compost heap, slightly damp and mixed with spaghetti, or something that has been seen before.
I find it wired that artists have to answer questions, why and what it is. If it has a resemblance to anything, then it has to be easier to do then if it is pure imagination, composed in such a way that it is original and easy on the eye, i.e. a new experience.
I see this piece as what it is without association and find it very original. It isn’t my taste as I feel it is too busy and I belief that it would not grow on me over time as art should do. I am old enough to realize that any art, contemporary or not needs that time of ‘hanging-around’ that’s required to figure out if it is spaghetti or not, otherwise it would be pop-art.

i very much agree with you....time will decide but the nowis important too
but if this piece is not "speaking to you", this does not mean that it does not speak to any one else, does it? what makes that you think that you arte standing "above" the rest of the human kind? because you create art? or beauty? or something else?
do never start judging the world from the point of ourself, because you''ll en up as a loser....
