you can better i know,
her right hand looks cut off or the patient. this is oil, you can paint the face much better, looks like aquarell;-)

Fantastic. The arm pops up a bit . .. could be made to
receed in space with a light wash of a cool color . . eg blue'd grey. The value could be alot darker to decrease it's importance.
