I love the color in this photo!  The orange light plays dramatically against the blue-gray sky and I do enjoy the perspective of the water tower in the foreground with the two "descending" peaks in the background.  Overall this is a beautiful work.

Confluence of time + act of seeing= the moment held

Anita: Thanks so much for your time and comment. You are absolutely correct, there are times when the character of
the light can compell a response to the moment, thereby becoming every bit the subject as (in this case) the water tower and skyscraper. Such moments contribute to the visual experience. As I am currently in the process of putting a hard bound book together, "Global Village" - "Hot, Flat,&Crowded… now what?", comprising my two most recent series of works (74 photos), this particular image is the first presented in the works from the 'Equivalence' series. When it is released I'll post an anouncement as to where one may go to view, and or purchase it. Again I extend many appreciations for your kind sentiments...TilThNxt Time: sam
