There is a lot going on in this painting, but not too much. I love the fact that you can not take it all in at once. You initially see what is going on in the painting but then your eyes are drawn around the painting to see the detail it act6ually holds. Good use of colour and contrast to portray the elements. I especially like the detail in the bottom right hand corner.
