Kimberly Madson Art & Design

Artist: Kimberly Madson

In the last twenty years or more I have indulged myself into as many fields of art that I could.
I have been an instructor to children and adults, teaching everything from how to quilt applique,
drawing, painting, working with clay and even how to use an airbrush and creating fine art.
I have owned three business as well, each just as fun as the last. I was an airbrush artist
for a good while and then designed quilt applique patterns in another. I also made and sold custom painted furniture. That was really alot of fun.
I have begun writting a children's book complete with paintings, and created a board game as well with all the pictrues and
and game pieces.

I love painting with oils, acrylics and watercolors, using pastels as well. I work to discover new ways to achieve the techniques to gain mastry in what I paint, to expand my creativity,
and share with others the beauty that is around us.

My inspiration and talent come, not only from alot of time practicing and learning, that is only part of it, but because I have a personal relationship with my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, and it is His gift to me.
He is my everything and my wherewithal to do all the things I do. He is the lover of my soul, and I cannot do without Him.
