Bob Hainstock is an Atlantic Canada printmaker and university arts educator, with specific interests in texture and color of fictional landscape, and the increasing contrasts between rural and urban cultures. His techniques include collagraphs, relief, mixed media and mono prints, as well as decade-long development of an experimental process of rust/oxidation as a metaphorical media for contemporary printmaking.
