Ever try to stare at an object for six hours? How about scribbling in the same spot or cross-hatching for a week? What would would keep you interested enough to hold your attention? Remuneration? I don't think so. I like where the mind goes—not all boxed in. Art is like traveling--and when you get back there's evidence--sometimes.
