Judith Geiger Donlon creates her images by combining various processes and techniques including photography, drawing, image transfer and digital montage. Her work has been called “wordless visual Zen poems.” Each giclée print has been carefully reproduced on quality, acid-free paper and hand signed and numbered by Judith.
Not having the correct size box, I used this method today to ship an unframed print to a gallery.
I'm just a LITTLE nervous about it arriving safely. What do y'all think about this method:
Print size:13"x19"
—Set on 16"x20" acid-free mounting board using archival mounting corners
—Placed in clear, acid-free bag and sealed
—Sandwiched between two 17"x21" foam-core boards and taped closed
—Wrapped sandwich in brown Dust Cover Paper and taped all around
—Wrapped in another layer of Dust Cover Paper (not having Shipping Paper) and taped down edges
