I'm just wondering how many people here keep a studio outside of their home..?..

I'm tossing it around.. been offered a 2 room with kitchen for $150 a month. I currently work in a small basement room. Before you awe at the cheap price I want you to know my art income is only around $200 monthly to begin with.. so I would probably be going into the hole after supplies.

I would like to hear experiences about studio rental... pros and cons, suggestions..whatever..?..
