I really need some help. I am looking for some opinions on how/why you think the art scene in smaller cities have trouble thriving. The city I live in is approx. 120,000. The art scene is blah with a capital AH! I'm part of a discussion panel tomorrow night representing the visual artist. Just looking for some last minute insight and opinions.
