What is Douglas Hofmann's style?  According to him: " I am considered to be part of the ‘Maroger’ school, which is really nothing more than a group of artists, originally centered around Baltimore, who have largely set out to re-discover the techniques of the old masters, and more specifically the actual chemical compositions of the oil paint used in the Netherlands during the 16th and 17th Centuries"  Douglas HOfmann is featured on Today's Specials.
