Well, Bebelina, there are five billionaires who live in Sweden! The general tactic involved in meeting wealthy people would be to situate oneself in their vicinity. Not that they walk the streets or anything, but they have to live somewhere. So where do they live? Well, probably in clusters near one another, so as good a place to start as any would be
The Forbes Magazine Interactive Billionaire Map
This is a Flash map. Click the + sign to zoom in closer and the – sign to zoom out further away. There are black triangles above and below and on each side of the plus and minus signs. They are directional arrows that scroll the map.
It's a little weird but this is how it works. At the present moment the world has 538 billionaires in 46 countries. When there are so few who are that fiscally fat, they really can't hide and everyone knows what they're worth and where they live. So on this map each of the world's billionaires is represented by a colorful little disk signifying approximate worth. The disks are stacked when more than one billionaire lives in a specific place. To see who the billionaires actually are, just click on an area of the map. Up pops a list and then you can click on the names for more info.
But I doubt you'll actually get to know a billionaire right off the bat. Better to hang around the general area and hope for a multi-millionaire or two. Easier fish to fry, you see. Many of them are actually fairly anonymous, and their anonymity protects them to some degree. So they actually go out and hobnob with mere mortals from time to time. Even I know a few of these.

This one's more straightforward, but it's another Flash map and it actually requires a little start-up rigmarole. You have to right-click and select Play to get the ball rolling. After that, you only need to move your cursor around until it changes into a little pointy finger and then click to see the data appear overlaying the map.
On both of these maps, for billionaires with publicly traded fortunes, net worths were calculated using share prices and exchange rates from May 21, 2001. For privately held fortunes Forbes estimated what companies would be worth if they were public. They also include, when possible, the value of art collections, real estate and even African game parks. Fortunes are measured in US dollars.
Since 269 of the world's 538 current billionaires live right here in the good old US of A, you can bet that most of the multi-millionaires live nearby. So go back to the Billionaires Map and click on each of those guys to find out where they actually reside. The residents of those neighborhoods are the ones who have the "pocket change" to drop the big numbers on us rascally, conniving little artistes.
