Subject: Exposed artist needs galleries, patrons, more space

The problem as I see it is that the Internet for the most part is talking to the Internet and not the brick and mortor galleries. How many of us have found that the painting is wonderful in person but is reduced to a shabby image on the Internet? No one will pay the value without seeing the painting in person. Sucessful friends of mine use the Internet to promote but the galleries is where they sell. The use of well placed expensive ads in design magazines and full color thirty thousand dollar booklets area all part of the program, but they worked up to it.
I will work with any gallery that will promote my works as much as I promote them. So fellow artist hang with those sucessful and go ahead and smoozz with the rich ones for they are your future patrons.
