"Deep In My Heart" by Larry Dyke

Limited Edition Print
Signed & Numbered
Edition Size - 25

Texas artist Larry Dyke painted the quintessential Texas scene in "Deep in the Heart...". His love for his home state is evident in the detail and glorious color he gave the painting. Taking several months to complete, this piece will stand as his finest Texas landscape. Set in the Hill Country in bluebonnet season, the piece has all the elements that are dear to Texans - wildflowers, a stone house with a metal roof, hereford cattle, a meandering stream, and, above all, the state flag painted on the weathered roof of the barn. This piece will forever be "Deep in the Heart..." of all true Texans.

A native Texan, Larry Dyke began painting professionally in 1976. His first lithographs were released two years later and today he has produced more than 100 limited edition prints. Larry's art has hung in the White House and in the homes of such distinguished personalities as Steve Allen, Shirley Jones, Vincent Price and Billy Graham. His work has also hung in the Vatican. At the personal request of Pope John Paul II, Larry painted Sharing the Faith, a tribute to the long and important role of the Church in America. Larry has also made a name for himself among golfers painting America's most beautiful courses.
