Artist Marcia Banks spent more than 30 years as a fashion illustrator. When she made the transition to fine art, she stayed in her area of expertise - fashion desing. Her paintings are fun, exciting, flirtatious, bold, vivid, decorative and feminine - all at one time.
The Bare Shoulder, aglow in brilliant reds and warm yellows, is the portrait of two friends just hanging out together. But it seems that the brunette may have her eye on something more than the refreshments. That bare shoulder is both provocative and alluring!
