This piece is funtional in 3 respects. It is a clock, a light, and a musical instrument (notice the mouthpiece on the right which allows it to function as a simple horn.)

The pieces which comprise this piece include a brass strainer, 4 old keys, a faucet for a wine barrel, and a strainer.

The paper at the top is cut from an 18th century French document, and dots of light from the holes of the strainer are projected from the rear.
