This particular piece is an 18x24" acrylic on stretched canvas, done in 2000, entitled "A Cryptic Paradise". It is one of a series of acrylic washes showing biomorphic shapes and movement; this one has within it a message expressed using a cryptic alphabet composed by the artist. The message is one of hope in the face of despair.
