The Javelina is a wild pig, a native of the southwest desert. This one is sniffing some turds. Is it going to consume the turds or is he investigating to see if a sow is in heat? (I leave that decision to the discretion of the viewer). I put in a soft focus background (the cactus and the horizon) and it is probably early morning.
